How LinkedIn + PR Elevated a C-suite Exec to an Industry Thought Leader

Following Adam Weber’s promotion to Chief People Officer, Emplify—an employee engagement HR tech company—began leaning on him to lead webinars and deliver keynotes. These kinds of events were one of Emplify’s key tactics to generate leads and build relationships with the HR community. Adam won people over easily with his energy, enthusiasm, and expertise. As such, his LinkedIn following grew steadily. But between leading his People Ops team and serving on the senior leadership team as a co-founder, Adam struggled to find time to craft thoughtful and compelling LinkedIn content every single week to engage his audience and strengthen his persona as a thought leader.
